Coolio. No pressure though.
I'm not in school till Wednesday so dun let me eat up your study time haha.
I'll check out the profiles and see how I can slide Luke in. Honestly, it doesn't really matter to me if one of them is Luke's 'biter' but I think it would be interesting to have him recognize Leia or vice versa when he comes onto the scene. I'm actually slowly building a Luke/Nathaniel/Kenji {Saki's Dad}/Kenneth Black/Necromancer storyline but it's flexible and we can add more. :-)

Uhhh sort of. XD I'm drawing from the actual legend { Yay Wikipedia!} and apparently they were tried as heretics in the 16th or 17th century. My thought is that they were at one point a werewolf-exclusive regional subset of Venators but that certain factions went rogue at some point and arn't entirely with the church. I'm thinking Luke's monostary would have been legitimate from a 'real RC priests' standpoint but may or may not have had the RCC's good graces in taking in and training a young werewolf. Where as the Venators are probably a world wide phenomenon, the Benedanti are really focused in around northern Italy and at the time of Luke's transformation were mainly focused on protecting locals threatened by supernatural forces. *shrugs* My thought is that Mason would be aware of them, but Luke's affiliation would likely raise an eyebrow. Modern werewolves who identify themselves as 'Benedanti' may or may not be affiliated with the church but they are united in the fact that they are generally strongly anti-vampire and beileive themselves to 'called' to protect humans from them. They call themselves 'The Hounds of God' but may or may not be Christian and the title has been used for malicious purposes in the past by certain groups. They'd have a reputation for being troublesome vigilantes. Though Luke considers himself a 'Benedanti' for his rescuers I don't think they'd have an actual order to themselves and I'm thinking that, after the first world war, he moved to London and became a Jesuit {it wouldn't pain a werewolf to deliver the sacrements so as long as he took care to watch the moon he could be a relatively normal priest} and picked picked up medicine. At some point, he got involved with Kenneth Black and Nathaniel and by the time he moved to Seattle in 1943 had been defrocked for that reason {and maybe more} and was not a practicing Catholic. He's come around since then, grown up a bit and mellowed out some but he's basically doing his own thing now. Not affliated with anyone.

Character Skeleton Name: Henri Argent Age: 45/250 Appearance: Bio: Henri was born and raised in a small French village in the late 1700's. During the Napoleonic war between France and Britain, he worked his way up into becoming a successful Naval officer I'm the French Navy. One summer when he was on leave visiting his family he went hunting in the woods. There he was attacked by what he swore looked like a wolf. The next month back on his ship was the strangest of his life. Everything was heightened. Bad smells were now rank and unbearable; he could see ships without a telescope when none of his comrades could; and he was always irritable. While before he was even tempered now he was set off easily. On a fateful night one month after he had returned to sea the night was dark and cold, the moon full and bright. He got angry and started a fistfight with one of the officers. The next moment he felt increadable pain then blacked out completely. When he came too, he was leaning over the torn and bloody body of the captain, his best friend. When he looked about the ship he found every member of the officers and crew the same: blood soaked and murdered. His own body was covered in blood and his uniform was in tatters. Completely shocked and delirious, all he could do was drift in open sea. The smell from the bodies was so great he had to push them overboard. After a time he was found by a British naval ship and brought back to England as a prisoner of war. His imprisonment did not last long, though. The next month, under a full moon, the same thing happened to him. He woke up half clothed in the English countryside. He immediately began traveling back to France. It was an easy journey. His strange new speed and strength served him well. But he returned home to devastating news. His family had been killed. They were one of the many casualties of the strange wolf like animal that haunted the forest and countryside that surrounded his village. The Beast of Gévaudan it was called. Torn with great and confusion, he entered the wood in attempt to find the one he knew must have answers. He never found them. For the beast was slain, and all hope at answers were gone. So for years he haunted the forest and became known as the second Beast of Gévaudan. But he knew he couldn't stay there forever. He became very familiar with the various deserted mountains, forests and moors of Europe as he traveled aimlessly. It was in Ireland that he finally found answers. It was there he stumbled upon a group of Gaelic druids. One druidess in particular was able to help him gain some control over himself. But the druids were wary of him. So he moved on to a place he had overlooked before, a sparcly habited place with lots of land. America. He wasn't the only one to find his way there. After the story's of Salem spread, many supernatural beings began making their way to these fresh lands. It was here that Henri became a hybrid and had many more mind blowing adventures. Abilities: The usual vampire/werewolf abilities. Also being a Naval man he was quite intelligent before his transformation and retained a thirst for knowledge. Through out his travels he collected a vast amount of knowledge on supernatural beings and has written some of the best bestiaries know to supernaturals. He is a professor of legends and folklore at Washington university.

So I'mma gonna guess that Mason is at least vaguely aware of most of this because the Venators would have kept tabs on a guy like that.

Yep. I think that's fair. Luke has been in the Northwest but hasn't been to Seattle recently so I doubt Mason would go looking for him but he could definently be aware of him.
I'm not planning to enter him for a while though. I sense that were about to get a lot of action with Mason/Ranier/Rick/Marcus all in one place and I probably won't introduce him until after that.... and lets face it. Unless we keep up at tonight pace that could take a few weeks XD

So, I have a question. With Celia gone, what will happen to Connie now? I mean, his father's dead. His mother lost custody over him. And now his grandmother, who was his legal guardian, is gone. So... does he get put into a foster home? Is his mother going to have custody again? If all goes as planned he'll be getting kidnapped or go on the run.

Character Skeleton Name: Edana (Dana) Vance. Age: 37/460 Appearance: Bio: Dana was born in Ireland to an ancient line of practicing druids. She grew up in a community of druids was raised with rituals and magic. Her favorite area of study is herbs, plants, medicines, poisions and anything to do with the earth. Druids are not immortal but because of their magic they can live for a long time and they age slower. Since the iron age these Druids have been honing their skills and policing the supernatural world, Dana among them. The druids mainly stick to themselves unless they were checking up on supernatural issues around the globe. One day a new werewolf stumbled across the druids asking for answers, and Dana was the one Who instructed him oh now to control his wolf side. (OK I will finish this bio later.) Abilities: Druid magic. She is also a Geographer and botinist.
