"Aoi?" Hikaru said softly as he leaned in to his date softly. "Yeah?" "Why do you love me?" She giggled and kissed Hikaru softly. The light of the moon shining into his convertible, The smell of lake right next to the car, the wind warm in the early fall. It was the most romantic moment Hikaru and Aoi could imagine. When she broke the kiss she looked at him with deep affection. "I love you because your sweet, compassionate, cheerful, not afraid to be yourself. And Because you--"
AROOOOOOOooo!
"What the heck was that!" Aoi jumped into Hikaru's arms as he looked aroun trying to hide his own fear. "It was just a wolf.... I think..." "You THINK?! Drive. Get out of here!" Without hesitation's Hikaru pulled out of their spot and, somewhat recklessly, got back on the road. As they were driving away and just starting to calm down, a large black dog started after them. "Oh My Gosh! Floor it Hikaru!" "I'm trying!" Aoi didn't want to look back, but she couldn't help it. She turned to see the monstrous dog right behind them. It's eyes were blood red. It's teeth almost glowed. The dog was huge, maybe 5 feet tall, 11 if it were to stand on its hind legs. It had the shape of a German Shepard but it was completely black, as dark as death itself.
The creature leaped forth and slammed on the back of the car, The vehicle couldn't take the weight and slowed down. Aoi was screaming and Hikaru was frozen with fear. The monster halted for a moment, it almost seemed to grin. It then snatched Hikaru with it's jaws to Aoi's horror. Hikaru snapped out of his fear when the monster bit into his ribcage. He could feel each individual rib snapping under the jaws of the black creature that had him. After some horrible screams of agony, Hikaru passed out from the pain. Blood was rushing out of his body. Aoi ran from the scene as fast as she could into the woods, she called the cops and told the where they were but she wouldn't know that it was the last call she'd make. A pure whit cat walked right up to her. She was confused at this but just started running further into the woods.
"ARRRROOooooo"
The sickening cry of the beast again. She could hear its massive paws hit the ground chasing after her. She was almost to the clearing when the white cat appeared in front of her again, but this time it was larger and it had it's teeth bared and ears back. It jumped toward her bit into her throat. Blood started gushing and the cat wouldn't let go. The black beast came from behind and attacked from the hind. Aoi's final shriek of terror and pain faded after the white cat cut the poor girls wind-pipe. The two evil creatures continued to feast on her body until the red and blue lights of the ambulance were seen in the distance. The two beasts scurried in opposite directions as the medical team found Hikaru's nearly lifeless body.
Hikaru suffered severe rib damage and lost 2.5 pints of blood. Aoi's body was never found.
The Monsters have returned and they aren't waiting to be found.

So this is obviously a monster hunting game. It takes place in Eagleton Canada. (The characters speak English, have Japanese names, and live in Canada. XD) I would prefer if the characters were in anime BTW.
For more information you can check the "RPG planning" thread. Post Charries in the OT. You can find the character skeleton in RPG planning.
Rules:
1. Most importantly, NO FREAKING ONE-LINERS.
2. Baka-Neko and Vampires are off limits to the hunter characters. They will appear in the game (In fact the white cat was in fact a Baka-Neko) but nobody can post about hunting either one of them but feel free to talk about them.
3. NO WIKIPEDIA. If you want to know what the monsters are exactly, PM ME!
4. No wonder kids. Believable (As believable as Hunters could be) Characters. No Taryn's *Glares at Logos*.
4.5. Weapons must be connected to the monster they hunt the most. (I.E. Lycan hunters would want silver bullets, ghost hunters would want Lexicons to dispel the spirit.) They need to be believable though, no gunblades or magic though.

KotaroThere was a rumble as students began to pack away their pens and pencils, notebooks and binders, textbooks and graded test papers. It was five minutes to lunch and Kotaro's stomach was growling vociferously in anticipation. As usual, however, Mrs. Holland wasn't quite ready to let them leave. "You can get ready all you want," she threatened, "but class doesn't end until I say it does. Now, tomorrow there will be a quiz over the first European contact in the new world and the early days of French Colonization. Don't forget we will be using scantrons and you will need a number two pencil. I'm not going to bail you out this time." Someone behind Kotaro, Aaron Osamu, raised his hand and she called on him. "The number two is against my family's religion." Mrs. Holland didn't seem to find his joke as funny as the rest of the class did. "Then by all means, Mr. Osamu, scratch the number off with a razor." Just as she finished the last word, the bell rang out in jubilee and the students stampeded out the classroom door. Aaron managed to catch up with Kotaro at his locker. "Hey, man, going somewhere for lunch? Mind if I come along?" Aaron still hadn't convinced his parents that he needed a car yet and everyone had been aching for a ride in the new car Kotaro had been given for his sixteenth birthday over the summer. "Actually..." Kotaro hesitated. "I'm heading for the hospital to visit Hikaru." It was well-known that Aaron and Hikaru hadn't gotten along for several years-- not that he was any favorite of Kotaro's-- but it was best that only the injured student's friends and family visit. At least for a while. "Oh, right," Aaron replied, a hint of disappointment in his voice. "Well, catchya after lunch!" Kotaro sighed. At least that was one person he wouldn't have to deal with for... a whole sixty minutes. He headed out to the school parking lot, following the crowd until he came to his car. It still seemed unreal that Hikaru was in the hospital-- and that Aoi was.... It had been a long four days since the accident struck. He couldn't wrap his head around what had happened. He backed out of his parking space and made the slow procession away from school property, taking the loop around town until he came to his father's hospital. It took forever just to find a place to park, especially since it was midday, but he met the challenge and made his way inside, following the maze of hallways and elevators to the room he'd been told his friend was staying in. He knocked shyly on the door before entering. The tv was on, showing some daytime soap, and the blinds were barely slit open. The window sill was heavy-laden with flower arrangements and candy boxes and even the occasional stuffed animal. And there, in the center of it all, Hikaru laid on the gurney, an IV of some clear fluid dripping into his veins-- probably a pain medication of some variety and strength. And beside the patient sat his brother, Satoru. "Uh, hi," Kotaro spoke quietly into the near-silent space. "How's he doing?"

Saki
While the hospital's lobby had been relatively quiet, the cafeteria was abuzz with activity. What must have started as private murmurings, the clacking of trays, and the shrill alarms of doctors pagers had reached a dull roar and though Saki had been to the hospital on one or two previous occasions she suddenly felt overwhelmed.
"Tatsuya?" Saki Yasuhara craned her head to observe a man in a lab coat seated a few yards away, but turned quickly away when she realized that he was not her brother. "Oh... Sorry I just..."
"Over here Saki!" The girl whipped around to locate the voice, nearly falling over, then finally she spotted him standing near the windows on the other side of the room. He set the tray he was holding down on a table then turned to wave to her, but Saki was already moving towards him as quick as the crowded isle-ways would allow. "I hope you don't mind that I've already gotten food. I've been here since six and... ooomph!" Saki nearly knocked Tatsuya over with the intensity of her hug, but she didn't care. She hadn't seen Tatsuya in several months and she'd missed his warmth, his gentle embrace his sweet, faintly melancholy laugh. "I've missed you too." He smiled and adjusted his glasses which had fallen sightly a skew."You look well."
Saki laughed, "So do you 'Dr. Yasuhara!"
"Hardly." He sat down and motioned for her to do the same. "I can't even get the other doctors to take me seriously as an intern. Do you need to go buy food?"
The girl shook her head, "I brought a lunch." She reached into messenger bag covered in pins and decorative key-chains and took out a brown paper sack as proof. "When did you get in?"
"Last night, Kaz picked me up at the airport."
"He's in town?"
"Not for long, but I convinced him he should take a break form his nightly ritual of vice and depravity to give his poor brother a ride to the Econo-Inn." Tatsuya shrugged and rolled his eyes, "I like his new girlfriend... this months model is a yoga instructor with the body of a Greek deity and the I.Q. of a walnut. But she's friendly enough."
"He's not that bad Tatsuya!" But already Saki was laughing, her other 'little' brother, next oldest after Tatsuya, was a bit of a wild card. Where as Saki and her other brothers were all somewhat bookish and reserved, Tazuma was a partier who lived for pleasure and risk. She didn't worry too much about Kaz though, he was more sensible than his lifestyle would let on. What worried her were her two oldest brothers, now off on some mysterious quest with the man who'd trained them to fight monsters. "Have you heard anything from Sensei?"
Tatsuya shook his head, when he spoke his voice was softer. "You know I don't know anymore than you do. Kai would contact us if he could."
"I know but... I worry about them. What if they're in trouble and we don't even know they need help? We don't even know what they're after!"
"Quiet down Saki," Tatsuya said. His voice firm, his eyes compassionate. "This is Sensei were talking about, they're not exactly amateurs."
"I know but..."
"No buts." He took a bite of his sandwich and looked at her thoughtfully, holding the silence as another person might hold water in a basin. Several seconds passed. "Are you going to visit the boy who was attacked while your here?"
Saki shrugged, "I don't really know him that well, I mean, I know Satoru but I never really talked to Hikaru or Aoi." She reached into her pocket and pulled out a small medal suspended on a silver chain. "I brought this for him though, its supposed to help ward off all sorts of ills and demons."
Tatsuya motioned for the amulet and Saki gave it to him, "You realize that this is probably useless right?"
"Says someone whose fought ghosts and vampires!"
He handed the chain back to her. "The only reason I was able to get a position in Eagleton was because the dean of my school owed me a favor. A rather disgruntled phantom had been terrorizing students on the fifth floor of the library and the other hunters he had hired had failed to permanently irradicate the spirit. It was a simple enough fix, but I used weapons, tools, my own vigilance, skills and training. I didn't rely on any bogus magic or good luck charms."
Saki thought about what he said, then shrugged. "It can't hurt him though."
"That it can't."
Beep! Beep! Beep!
Tatsuya looked down at his pager then stood. Saki stood also in alarm, "Is their an emergency? I someone dying?!?!"
"More likely my supervisor just wants me to get him coffee," Tatsuya sighed, "I'm sorry we couldn't talk longer."
"Oh! No its fine! You've got to please your boss right?"
Tatsuya smiled, "I'll keep an eye on your friend while he's here. Just call me if you ever need anything."
"I will."
They hugged briefly and Tatsuya hurried off. "Well," Saki said to herself, "I guess I'll go give Hikaru his good luck charm." She found an elevator and after some confusion found the ward where Hikaru's room was. "134, 136... 138." She was about to knock on the door when she became aware of voices in the room. One belonging to Sotoru, and the other another monster fighting friend Kotoru. The words were indiscernible, but Saki stepped back, not wanting to intrude. What do I do? Saki thought, Should I just wait until their done talking? Should I just leave it on the door handle? In the end she decided to wait for the two boys to finish talking, and took a seat on a bench near Hikaru's room.
Really Saki, why do you have to be such a spazz? Really she didn't know why she was here. She wanted to do something for Hikaru because she knew Sotaru, but she hadn't spoken a dozen words to the guy in all. Aoi had been down right mean to Saki when they'd met... making fun of her clothes or glasses. I'll wait five minutes she bargained with herself, If their not done by then I'll just leave the necklace on the door.

OT: The two personalities call each other by a different part of their name, the first one being called Kan and the other one Ji. Kanji
Kanji had been late to his first hour, if he really could call it an hour. He was barely there fifteen minutes before the bell began ringing.
His grandfather’s truck hadn’t started at first and wouldn’t start. Kanji relied on that truck to get anywhere. Being raised by his grandparents was the best thing that had happened to him but they were not rich enough to afford him a vehicle, though he did have his license. He would usually have taken his grandmother’s car to school but she was out of town with a few girlfriends, which was fine with his grandfather and him. “Guys night!!” They had enthusiastically proclaimed but now they where wishing she was here.
So Kanji took off from his house riding his sports bike. He would have made it on time if he hadn’t hit the trash can, flipping him over the can.
Second hour was Kanji’s best subject, World History, but Ji took over then and he got up excused himself and headed to the weight room. Hey! What are you doing Ji? I can’t fall behind in my studies.
“Kan, don’t even try to use that on me, I know you’ve already read ahead in the text book. Besides, do you honestly think it’s going to stay quiet for too much longer?” Ji says as he begins working with a striking dummy . What are you talking about? Ji hears his other self say.
“I…mean…the attack on Satoru's brother…was no…accident.” Ji says between strikes finishing with a hard kick, before grabbing a jump rope and beginning to jump at a fast rate.
No way, the others would have said something! Kan exclaims as Ji just shakes his head. “They only see us as a huge klutz; no one has seen us out on a hunt. They only think you are good enough to fight Zombies, they haven’t seen us kill Lycans. Would you tell us?” Lycan’s are scary. “There are scarier things Kan.” Ji says before he finishes working out before Kan takes over.
Kanji looks at the clock. “SERIOUSLY! It’s Lunch time Ji!” Kanji runs out the weight room and heads to the lunch room, quickly getting his tray and heading to find a table. That’s when he ran into fellow hunter and beautiful junior Asami Instunabi, knocking both their trays down.
Kanji looks down at the spelt lunch. “I’m sorry..Asami.”

OT: TJ, You meant Hikaru, right?
Satoru
Three Days Ago
Satoru sat in the hallway of the hospital with a blank expression. It was like his mind couldn't decide if he wanted to break down in tears or start throwing objects all over the place. He sat there and waited on the surgery to end. It had been 3 and a half hours since Hikaru was brought into the hospital and Satoru had been here for 3 hours. The thoughts that ravaged Satoru's already tired mind were like a plague. Not being able to decide what to do... It made Satoru want to just bust out into tears.
After another 45 minutes the doctor finally came out and told Satoru the extent of his brothers injuries. 3 cracked ribs, torn Lat, and a broken shoulder. The doctor said that the wounds were pretty bad, but Hikaru would be walking in about a two weeks. However, they said that anther surgery would be needed in a couple days just to repair some of the muscle damage. But Hikaru would need heavy sedative for a couple days before they could preform the surgery.
Present
Satoru hadn't had a shower in days. He hadn't gone to school. He hadn't even gone hunting. He just stayed with his brother. Watching over him. The doctor's had asked him to leave multiple times but he couldn't find the will-power to leave. He had just woken up from a doze when Kotaro walked in.
"Uh, hi, How's he doing?"
Satoru sighed and looked up at his brother's friend. "He's hanging in there. Doctor say's that he'll be walking in week or so. He's slept for the most part, so I haven't got to talk to him." a tear started to form. No. No crying. He kept telling himself not to cry, but he knew he couldn't hold it in much longer.
Just then a nurse walked in and with a sad look simply said, "It's time". Satoru watched as they got Hikaru's bed ready to move to the operation room. When they walked out the door, the two hunters followed.
"It's going to be long surgery. The doctors say that I should go to school." He said with a sigh. "I think I'll go. Maybe meeting at the club might do me some good." He said as his brother turned the corner. When he turned around to get his bag from inside he noticed Saki sitting patiently with some sort of trinket in her hand.
"Oh, Saki... Hey. What are you doing here?" He was happy to see the girl, she just had a way of calming Satoru down. He knew it wasn't romantic, he just knew he could trust her.

Asami
Asami watched the clock tick down to lunch. She hated sitting still for so long, so school was killing her. Her morning had been uneventful. She had left before her father had awoken, she didn't want to have to deal with him. She knew she would have to train later that night, especially with the attack of Soturo's brother. Her father had been on edge since then, yelling at her more often. She was drawn from her train of thought by the bell dismissing them for lunch. She quickly stood from her chair, and grabbed her bag, throwing over her shoulder. She rushed from the room, rolling her eyes at the group of girls complaining about their break up. There was a boy dieing, and that was all they could think of.
She got to the cafeteria and grabbed her tray. She was looking for a seat alone when she was bombarded into, and her food went flying. She looked at the splattered food and clenched her fists. Her eyes narrowed and she looked up to see Kanji, he was such a klutz, how in the world could he ever be a hunter?
“I’m sorry..Asami.”
"Are you kidding me?" She looked down and wiped the food that had splattered on her shirt. "I don't understand why you can't simply watch where you're going." Every part of her wanted so bad to punch the guy, but she had to keep reminding herself that it was an accident. "You know, this room here is huge, and only you could find a way to run into me, getting food everywhere."
Soon a group of kids at the closest table started laughing. She turned on her heel toward the table, and walked up to the closest guy. "If you have a problem, then instead of laughing at us, you might want to say something to our faces. Sure, this kid over there is a little bit of a klutz, but at least he's not a jerk like you." At first the kid was a little bit speechless, then he stood from the table, and looked down at Asami, "I can say whatever I want to say, what are you going to do about it."
Asami took a deep breath and turned to face the guy. She smiled at him, slightly, then before he could do anything else Asami pulled back her arm, and punched him in the face. When he reacted and tried to retaliate, she ducked out of the way, and walked back toward Kanji, and grabbed his wrist leading him out of the cafeteria and line of fire.
When they were out of the raging teen, she turned to him, "Please, watch where you're going from now on, or that will be you next time, I promise."

Saki
Saki fiddled with the medal and tapped her feet anxiously. She had decided that she disliked hospitals, not hated, as they did do their part in helping the sick and mopping up her friends and brothers after a particularly brutal hung, but she strongly disliked the tile floors and white walls, the smell of bleach and antiseptic, she was ready to leave, then the door opened and Hikaru was wheeled out. Saki tried to look away, but the site of Hikaru's broken body, so strikingly diffrent from its usual form, caught her gaze.
"Oh, Saki... Hey." Saki snapped up, embarrassed for her staring. Satoru looked surprised to see her. Saki noticed the dark circles under his eyes, the wrinkles in his shirt, and his unkempt hair. His dishevelment was even more evident when contrasted with the ever-composed Kotaro who stood just behind him. "What are you doing here?"
"Umm... well, I was having lunch with my brother Tatsuya," She said, fidgeting slightly. "He's taken a position as an intern here for a while to, erm... keep an eye on things." The whole explanation felt stilted and awkward to Saki, but she didn't know quite how to remedy it. She had never been much good at comforting people when they were upset or grieving, but she also knew she could do nothing for the broken-bodied boy who had been wheeled out of the room minutes ago. She held out the medal, "I brought this for Hikaru... Sensei gave it to me, its supposed to ward off evil spirits." She spun the medal slowly, revealing several barely visible glyphs, worn down as if someone had been running their fingers over them for many years. "Tatsuya says its probably useless, but it can't hurt right?" She smiled, but it left her face quickly. What a stupid thing to say! They must think her an idiot going on about some silly superstitious! "Uhh... I'm sorry... I just hope your brother is feeling better soon."

Kanji
"Are you kidding me?" Kanji backed up a little bit afraid that Asami would beat him down where he stood. She can try. Ji, no! She's a girl. With that Ji went silent.
Kanji looked back up at Asami as she finished wiping the spilled food off her shirt. She continued to berate him until she heard some other guys laughing.
Kanji stood there as Asami turned her anger on the jerk, Ryu he was a senior as well. Ryu stood up and looked ready to hurt Asami. Kanji started to walk over there, with every intent of putting this kid in his place. (OT: Awww Ji is nice.) But Asami took him down herself, then grabbed Kanji's wrist and drug him away from the scene.
"Please, watch where you're going from now on, or that will be you next time, I promise." Asami said as she looked at him.
"I'm seriously sorry Asami, today has just been a wreck. It won't happen again." Kanji says turning to walk away, but then Ji took over subtly.
"By the way, have you heard anything about 'the incident'" Kanji asks, in a tone that is a little to confident for the regular Kanji.

"I'm seriously sorry Asami, today has just been a wreck. It won't happen again."
Asami smiled slightly, and shook her head, "It better not." As he turned to walk away she was about to walk after him, and ask if he wanted to head to the club, and skip the rest of the day when he stopped and started talking again, except it didn't sound like the Kanji she knew. It sent chills up her spine, but she knew she had just seen too many paranormal things, that it had freaked. She needed a vacation, but she probably couldn't take it.
"By the way, have you heard anything about 'the incident'"
She nodded, the realizing he had his back to her, she said, "Yeah, it's a shame. Poor Soturo, he's probably taking it really hard, and I mean, I didn't really like Aoi, but she didn't deserve whatever happened to her." She looked down at the ground and rubbed her arm. "Whatever it was couldn't have been good." She walked up beside him, and tried to look him in the eyes, "Are you alright? That question, didn't really sound like you."

Kotaro
Satoru was... a mess. But he thought it best not to comment on it. What the Tanakas needed right now was someone to comfort them. As Hikaru's brother answered his question, he thought he caught a hint of tears in his eyes. He followed Satoru out to the hall as he explained that Hikaru was going into another surgery. It isn't fair that this should happen to them, he found himself thinking. It isn't fair that it should happen to anyone, but least of all these two.
"It'd be good for you to get away from this place," he agreed when Satoru mentioned meeting at the club. "I don't know why they have to make hospitals so depressing. It's bad enough already that you have to be here, but then they immerse you in all these drab walls and--"
"Oh, Saki... Hey." Satoru said abruptly, cutting him off.
He steered his gaze around to his fellow Junior who was seated on a hospital bench outside the room. She told them about the trinket she had brought with her. "I think Hikaru would appreciate the thought," he answered her with a soft smile. His stomach growled below, a loud sound like it was trying to devour itself, choosing to betray him at the worst possible times. Seriously, body, I've got appearances to uphold! he thought, blushing. "Uh, yeah, I should probably grab some food before lunch period ends. Are you guys up for a ride to somewhere delicious? Or can I tempt you with takeout and we'll head back to the school to eat?"

Saki
"I think Hikaru would appreciate the thought," he answered her with a soft smile which Saki returned, she liked Kotaro, he was always so cheerful and put together, yet somehow she was just slightly anxious around him, more so than with Satoru for reasons she couldn't quiet explain. Suddenly a growling sound broke the silent, Kotaru blushed. "Uh, yeah, I should probably grab some food before lunch period ends. Are you guys up for a ride to somewhere delicious? Or can I tempt you with takeout and we'll head back to the school to eat?"
"Your so kind Akeda-kun," She said sheepishly, "I packed a lunch, but I would love to go with you two, um... if you don't mind." She checked her watch, "I rode my bike here, and I'm not sure if I could make it back before the bell."

Kanji
"Yeah, today has just been crazy." Kanji looks at her, sounding alot like his old self. "Gramps truck wouldn't start, had to ride my bike to school. Crashed into a trash can...and....the doesn't give you any reason why I would ask that question." He ends the sentence awkwardly.
"Let's just say, there are things you guys don't know about me." You are horrible with girls you know that? SHUT UP JI!
"Anyways, do you think it could have been some of them, I know it's rare for them to attack randomly like that, but it has happened before....wanna head to the club for the rest of the day?"

Asami shrugged, "I guess stuff like that happens sometimes, well at least the car not starting does...I don't really know too many people who crash into trash cans." She looked down slightly, what she wouldn't give to have someone like Kanji's Grandfather in her life. She shook her head at his last comment.
"Let's just say, there are things you guys don't know about me."
This perked Asami's interest slightly. She looked over at him, "What do you mean?" She looked away, "Sorry, I shouldn't pry, I guess everyone has they're secrets."
"Anyways, do you think it could have been some of them, I know it's rare for them to attack randomly like that, but it has happened before
Asami nodded slowly, thinking the same thing herself, "Yes Kanji, that's exactly what I think happened. I don't know why, and it worries me, but I'm pretty sure it was them. What else could make a girl disappear and leave no signs of her at all." She sighed, "I'm pretty sure we wont find Aoi again, I hope we do, but I'm almost certain that we wont."
"....wanna head to the club for the rest of the day?"
Asami cracked a slight smirk, "It's almost like you read my mind. I absolutely hate it here, but I have to say, it's better than home." They headed for the door, "Do you think Sotoru will be there? He seemed to be taking the whole thing really hard, but I don't think it would be right for me to visit them, I mean, I wasn't the nicest to Hikaru, he was cool and all, I just get this erge to punch something, well, almost all of the time." She chuckled, "Like you would know, except for zombies I don't think you could hurt a fly." She thought about it a second, "It's not a bad thing, living your life angry...is well...maddening..."

Sakura
"You can get ready all you want but class doesn't end until I say it does. Now, tomorrow there will be a quiz over the first European contact in the new world and the early days of French Colonization. Don't forget we will be using scantrons and you will need a number two pencil. I'm not going to bail you out this time."
Sakura tapped her pencil on her desk in an impatient rhythm, and was receiving annoyed looks from the students around her. She ignored them. Rata-tata-tat-tat. This school was almost duller than the last one, but she couldn't let that fool her. She knew there were monsters here, what with those two students being mysteriously attacked.
The bell rang, and Sakura snapped her gum loudly as she nonchalantly gathered up her unwritten in note book and made a bee-line for the door. Once outside she walked straight down the hall confidently, veering neither to the left or right and forcing other students to avoid running into her. Her first day there and she was already acting like she owned the place--and she practically did. After all, she would be saving all these hyper-active, hormonal, immature teenagers hides from more monster attacks.
Sakura entered the cafeteria just in time to see two students fighting. Well, they weren't monsters so It wasn't her concern. She gladly avoided the high school students and sat at a table herself, pulling out her packed lunch and keeping a sharp eye out.

Satoru
"Yeah, Hikaru likes that sorta thing... I could use a ride." Satoru realized he dazed out of the conversation. He probably didn't make any sense to his two fellow hunters as he slurred his sentences together. He walked down the hallway in silence and walked outside. Blinded by the sun. Spending 3 days in a dark room could do that to people. As he started getting his vision back he started hearing a strange noise from the forest right next to the Hospital*. He looked over and swore he could've seen a phantom zip past.
Satoru instinctively reached down to get Check and Mate, but after remembering that he wasn't in his gear and still in public he decided to let it slide. Be sure to tell Asami about this. Remember to tell Asami. Remember to tell Asami. He repeated in his head. As Kotaro got in his car, Satoru followed. He shot down all conversation and just stayed quiet. He didn't WANT to be rude but he needed a little time. Or so he told himself. He knew deep down that he was fuming. He was ready to explode and hunt relentlessly for the beast that did this. But he figured that laying low for now would be best. Just in case he did anything careless.
When they got to the school he just looked at the fellow hunter and nodded then ran off to the "Club". He knew that he should have gone into the school and said "Hi" to this person and that person but all he wanted now were some fresh clothes and and a shower. He went to the old portable school house that had been remodeled to a hunters weapon supply, shower, and hang out. Heck, there was even a bed in one of the corners. Satoru got in the shower and washed off, got some fresh clothes that he kept in his supply closet and then sat on the bed. Waiting for something. He didn't know what. But he waited.
