Name: Well, technically, it would be "Your Royal Highness, Sigismund Friedrich Wilhelm Prinz von Preußen," but why don't you just skip the formalities and call me Sigismund? Or Sigi, if you prefer.Age: 14 Personality: Well. I guess you could say I have a certain...humility deficit? But that goes with the territory, don't you think? I greatly prefer the company of girls to boys. Not that I've got anything against boys, mind you. I like them quite a bit actually. It's just...awkward. Anyway. I'm usually happy. I don't have a lot of excuses not to be, I suppose. Though, Father might say that 'happy' is something of an understatement. 'Manic,' perhaps? It's not exactly easy for me to do things like...stand still, or...stay out of trouble. If there's mischief to be done, that's where you'll find me!History: I'm 14! How much 'history' do you expect me to have? Well...hmmm...now that I think about it, I suppose you could say I've got quite a bit. You see, my great-great grandfather was Kaiser Wilhelm II. If things had gone a bit differently for him, there'd have never been any Nazis, and I'd be having to learn how to run Germany when I grow up! I bet running Germany would be reeeally boring, but maybe I'd have my own personal zeppelin, and how cool would that be?My history? Well. Since I don't have to worry about learning how to run Germany when I grow up, whenever I'm not driving my tutors nuts, I get to spend my time doing what I love the most in the whole world: riding HORSES! I've been riding for about as long as I can remember. I love dressage and hunter/jumper the most. I haven't done competitive showing before, because I've spent all my time being taught by the best trainers my father can find for me. I want to ride with the Spanische Hofreitschule when I grow up. Oh, that's the Spanish Court-Riding School of Vienna. So I was being taught so I'd be ready to go there, not for competing in shows. I suppose I will be competing this year though... Can we just stop the 'my personal history' part and go on to the next bit?Well. Uh. Sorry. This is rather embarrassing. See...there was this boy. His name is Heinrich. We're friends...were friends...I guess? Well, we got along really well and...for awhile, my father...and his father...were really glad we started spending time together because... Well, one of the things we had in common was we liked to hang around with girls. Instead of boys. Because, with girls, you don't have to...you know, get in tough-guy contests and all that foolishness. Girls are just more fun.*sigh* Anyway. It...also turned out that...we...uh... We...liked each other. Instead of girls. For awhile we tried to...pretend...but then...we both decided...we just wanted to know what it was like...you know...to kiss somebody. We got caught. Now, my parents aren't...you know, mean and intolerant or anything, but...our Family has very strict rules on who we can marry. Not only am I supposed to marry a girl, I can't just marry any girl, or even any girl from a noble family. She has to be from a royal House. At least, for me to inherit. That's because of our House Law. So, Father and Mother didn't really know what to do, I guess. For one thing, they wanted to get me away from the paparazzi. Because if they found out, I'd be all over the news all the time. And after what they did to Lady Diana...So, here I am, I guess. Show History: None yet. Discipline: Dressage, Hunter/Jumper Primary Show Horse: This is Wotan's Mondtanzer: You can call him "Moondancer" though. He's an eight year-old lipizzaner stallion. Would you like to see some more pictures of him? Of course you would! Here he is doing a capriole with his trainer: I've got lots more pictures! Being a stallion, he's quite a bit for me to handle sometimes. Especially if there's a mare nearby that's...you know. Father was a bit worried to have me working with him so far from home. But once he gets into the ring, he's simply magnificent! I love all horses, but Mondtanzer...he's just... special to me.

Da'www! He's adorable Logos! <3 Love the picture too. Can't say I'm ever much good at posting age-matched pictures of my charries myself but the fact that he looks so young adds a good bit to his personality. :-)
Also, doing Kade'Jah in first person is fine. I usually discourage first person because I get confused as to whose speaking, but Kade'Jah's voice is unique enough I don't think it should be a problem. Keep or drop it however you see fit.
Also^2, not that I'm really concerned about it at all, but Will is an Aussie not a Brit. Probably a more high society sounding Aussie but he's from Brisbane and tried to rep Australia in the Olympic games.

Glad you like him. I wasn't having any luck finding an "older version" pic I liked, but I really liked that one so "younger version" won out. *grin* Oh, I guess I missed that in William's bio. He just sounded so British, lol. I'll just retcon that as Kade'jah not being very good at distinguishing "British-ish" accents from one another. Which is pretty plausible, given her background.

XD No worries. I think I've been writing him a little Brittish by accident I'll have to throw in some G'day mates and a few references to Vegemite so people get the idea. XD I'm actually gonna be rewriting his bio a bit in the next few days, nothing major though. Michael and Sam are my Brits.

I came across this video and thought that it was a great song describing the RFH students.

Haha cool! You know what I think is interesting? I actually ran across an article about a program in philly that has a 'work to ride' program serving inner city youth. The kids work at the stables after school and in exchange are taught to play polo. In fact, this group have been the high school polo interscholastic national champions for the last three years!
I've got some stuff due tonight and a dinner to attend sooo you probably shouldn't expect a post from me untill tommorow. ^_^

Alrighty Ladies and Gents! Ok, so just so ya'll are aware. I'm basically gonna wait for the Zooey/Kade'Jah/David, Sam/Owen/Kasey, and Sigi/Nikki interactions to wrap up before I bring Ian in leading orientation. I've also got a basic list put together or roomate assignments. As far as day to day schedule. I'm gonna try not to be too specific on things so that people are free to interact how they can however, if ya'll want to try visulizing Bayley schechdules I have the (probably uncomfortably small) exibit A --> The idea here is that even though they get out early, the students will spend the first part of their days at Hilton Head Prep before returning to Bayley for afternoon 'lesson blocks' (the unlabled green and blue boxes) Students take either one or two 'Lesson Blocks' a day. If they take two, one will be on their horse and the other on a school horse. For RFH students, they might have one lesson a day first and then spend the other block learning horse care or cleaning stalls or doing some other activity. Lessons can be group or 1x1 but for the sake of RPGing we'll just assume a small group lesson unless you state otherwise (Sam rode up for her private lesson with Will etc..). In theory, looking at this schedule, you could have 11 Lesson blocks. But in reality your character would only be taking maybe eight or nine. Each rider would have a few blocks that are free to them. Which will allow them to have other interactions or just do whatever. Again though, this is all just a suggestion and a visual. I'm not gonna be too picky at all. As I'll mention at orientation, students that live close to Bayley also have the option of going home on the weekends (Saturday morning to Sunday evening) with parental and trainer permission. This schedule also, obviously, wouldn't apply to show days which would usually happen saturday but could also be Thursday, Friday or Sunday.

Ummm maybe 45mins? I did it while cooking/eating lunch....
I'm kind of an Excel ninja. Not that that thing is any great feat of design XD
I had already sketched up a schedule in my RPG notebook sooo it was just writing it out and adding perdy colors haha.

Which is why I'm not gonna be overly strict.
The schedule is meant to help game flow, rather than restrict it.

Good thing it's not strict....I remember in one Rp, there were a few people in a music class an some people weren't, but the music class ha a jam session that lasted for a really long time! 0.0 It's always best to have flexible schedules!

Exactly. Plus, with the notable exceptions of the RFH kids (who would likely have their own lessons till they master the basics at least) and the Polo kids everyone's charries could probably be in any given class.
I'd imagine that while the lessons and horse stuff will be important for the story, most of the important interaction will occur outside of the lessons. Time doesn't have to be perfectly linear. Maybe we start out in the morning, skip RPing classes and cut straight to Bayley kids eating lunch, then lessons, then night. Next day we start with characters in class, skim lessons, and focus on the nights activities. The idea is to keep things from getting stagnant while still keeping enough structure so that people kinda know where they are or where they should be heading.

Ok Guys! I'll post this up on the Bulliten board once everything is finalized but here's what I'm thinking for room assignments. Boys:- Owen - David (Munster/Marley)
- Brad - Kasey (Ambassidor/TK)
- Michael - Sigi (Marley/Logos)
The only one I feel is a little off here is Michael and Sigi, mainly because of the age difference (I've been trying to keep people within a year of each other for roomates). I actually have a freshman character in mind that I would *like* to have Sigi rooming with (and then have Michael rooming with an NPC probably) but I'm debating weather I really want to add another character. What I may do is post a short-bio for him, then use him kind of sparingly as a secondary character until he becomes more relevant. Then again I could also just leave Michael with Sigi and get over myself. XD Girls: - Sam - Chelsea (Marley/Ambassidor)
- Nikki - Zooey (Munster/TK)
- Arabella - Kade'Jah (Munster/Logos)
Again we've got a little weirdness in the ages with Nikki and Zooey. Originally I was thinking Nikki and Arabella then Zooey - Kade'jah but I decided against having to RFH students together. As you can see I've tried to mix up all the players a good bit so everyone will have interactions with everyone. If you have anything you'd like to change, just a letta me know and we'll discuss!
